Bill Payment
You can make payments to third parties by calling Citiphone Banking or by using Citibank Online or Citi MobileSM. When you pay your bills through our bill payment service your payment is transferred electronically or by an official check.
Direct Deposit
You may have funds, such as your pay, your pension, or your social security payments sent to your checking, savings and money market accounts by Direct Deposit.
Enroll your checking account in Citi ThankYou® Rewards and earn points for eligible linked products and services. Points can be redeemed for great rewards.

Separate enrollment of eligible checking account in Citi ThankYou® Rewards required. Eligibility and participation are subject to terms, conditions and restrictions. Customer must be a citizen or resident alien of the United States (U.S.) with a valid U.S. taxpayer identification number. Taxes, if any, are customer's responsibility. You must complete 1 Bill Payment and 1 Direct Deposit each statement period in order to earn monthly ThankYou® Points for eligible products and services linked to your checking account. Citigold® and Citi Private Bank clients who do not complete these transaction requirements can earn points at a reduced level.
Citibank does not charge you a fee for using the Citi Alerting Service. However, your wireless carrier may charge you for receiving the text messages you receive from us related to this service.
Citibank will charge an Overdraft Protection Transfer Fee of $10 each day we cover an overdraft by transferring money from your Safety Check contributing account. The Overdraft Protection Transfer Fee will be charged to the checking account that receives the transfer. This fee is waived for Citigold®, Citi Private Bank, International Personal Banking, and Global Executive Banking customers. For additional terms and conditions regarding Safety Check please refer to the Client Manual-Consumer Accounts and the Marketplace Addendum.
