There are no monthly fees if you open a Day-to-Day Savings Account with a $100 minimum deposit and maintain a $500 minimum balance.2

Minimum Balance
Anytime, anywhere account access with Citibank® Online, Citi MobileSM, CitiPhone Banking®, Citibank branches, or ATMs.

There is a $500 balance minimum required to avoid the monthly service fee when the Day-to-Day Savings Account is opened as a standalone account within a Basic Banking Package. Monthly service fees and withdrawal fees are based on the balances maintained in the Basic Savings Account for the calendar month prior to the end of the statement period. Applicant must be a citizen or resident alien of the United States (U.S.) who is at least 18 years old with a valid U.S. taxpayer identification number. All accounts are subject to approval.

Deposits are subject to Citibank's standard funds availability schedule.

Separate enrollment of eligible checking account in Citi ThankYou® Rewards required. Eligibility and participation are subject to terms, conditions and restrictions. Customer must be a citizen or resident alien of the United States (U.S.) with a valid U.S. taxpayer identification number. Taxes, if any, are customer's responsibility. You must complete 1 Bill Payment and 1 Direct Deposit each statement period in order to earn monthly ThankYou® Points for eligible products and services linked to your checking account. Citigold® and Citi Private Bank clients who do not complete these transaction requirements can earn points at a reduced level.

Citibank does not charge you a fee for using the Citi Alerting Service. However, your wireless carrier may charge you for receiving the text messages you receive from us related to this service.

Citibank will charge an Overdraft Protection Transfer Fee of $10 each day we cover an overdraft by transferring money from your Safety Check contributing account. The Overdraft Protection Transfer Fee will be charged to the checking account that receives the transfer. This fee is waived for Citigold®, Citi Private Bank, International Personal Banking, and Global Executive Banking customers. For additional terms and conditions regarding Safety Check please refer to the Client Manual-Consumer Accounts and the Marketplace Addendum.

Checking Plus® (variable rate), personal loans, and Home Equity Loans and lines of credit as well as First Mortgage products are offered by Citibank, N.A., an Equal Housing Lender.
